The Freedom of Breath 🇮🇪
There’s something about breathing in Ireland that feels different.
Maybe it’s the cool Atlantic air rolling across the cliffs. Maybe it’s the green hills, the open skies, or the quiet that seems to invite you to slow down.
But perhaps it’s something deeper.
With every inhale, I’m reminded that breath is one of the simplest forms of freedom.
We don’t have to earn it. We don’t have to buy it. We simply receive it.
Inhale.
Release.
Let go.
For a moment, there is nothing to accomplish. Nothing to prove. Just the gift of being here.
Ireland has reminded me to breathe a little deeper—and to appreciate the freedom that has been with me all along.
What does your breath remind you to be grateful for today? 🍃
