Public sessions are open to all community members and guests.

🔔 How to Schedule a Session

Please contact Jahi at least one week before your desired event date with the following information:

• Preferred event date*

• Start and end time (60 minutes) + your time zone

• Community channel (Energy, Crystals, Spirituality, etc.)

• Session title

• Session description (300 characters or fewer)

• Promotional image (SVG, PNG, JPG, or GIF; maximum size: 800 × 400 pixels)

*Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

✔️ On the Day of Your Session

1. Navigate to your assigned community channel.

2. You will receive hosting credentials:

   • 15 minutes before your session

   • During your scheduled hour

   • Up to 15 minutes after your session concludes

3. A red Go Live button will appear next to the "What's on your mind?" field at the top of the Discussion page.

4. Click Go Live to begin your session.

✏️ Community Guidelines

• Members may host one public session per month.

• The top three members on the community leaderboard may host up to two sessions per month.

• All sessions must align with the mission, values, and culture of the altBeing community.

• Community administrators reserve the right to approve or decline any proposed session.

• Event promotion must take place only within the Market Your Business channel.

• Promotional messages sent through direct messages or unsolicited email may result in suspension of hosting privileges.

🥇🥈🥉 Free Public Sessions

Members may host a public session at no cost if they meet one or more of the following engagement criteria at the time of their request:

• Ranked in the Top 10 on the 30-Day or All-Time Leaderboard

• Have 100 or more community followers

• Have accumulated 100 or more combined reactions and comments across previous posts or live sessions

💵 Paid Public Sessions

Members who do not meet the engagement requirements may still host a public session for $25 per session.

Discounted bundle pricing is available for:

• 6 sessions

• 12 sessions

• 24 sessions

Every approved public session includes:

• Featured placement on the community Events Calendar

• A community-wide email reminder sent one day before your event

• A recording of your session posted in your community channel so members can watch, comment, and engage afterward
